How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders $100 AUD or more. If you don't quite make the cut, we'll deliver to you at a flat-rate fee of $10 AUD for standard shipping within Australia or $18 AUD for standard shipping internationally.

*Please note: some Countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your product, this is the recipient's responsibility and EASTSIDE Style Co. is not held responsible for these costs.

1. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order is correct upon checkout.

2. Please note that EASTSIDE Style Co. does not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third party delivery services.

3. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

4. Should delivery be "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office or courier outlet, the order will incur a return to sender fee and delivery charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.

Can I exchange items?

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn,unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide us with your name and order number upon returning the item and the size you would like to exchange for as it'll make it quicker to process your exchange on our end. 

Unless the product is deemed faulty, unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return shipping. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in a resaleable condition. We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible if your items are lost during the return shipping process.

Can I get a refund?

We offer full refunds within 14 days of receiving your order on unworn, unused and unwashed items. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we have received the items, they will be inspected, and you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved. If your refund has been approved, credit will be refunded onto your original method of payment. 

Unless the product is deemed faulty, unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return shipping. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in a resaleable condition. We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible if your items are lost during the return shipping process. 

How do I go about returning or exchanging an item?

When it comes to returning or exchanging items, we ask that you get in touch via our 'Contact Us' page. Please include your name, contact number, receipt number, and reason for return in your email. We may also request photos for verification if product return is due to a faulty item. We will then provide an address for you to ship the product to. 

Items will be inspected upon receipt, and either a refund processed, or items will be sent to your address.
