Refund policy
When it comes to returning or exchanging items, we ask that you get in touch via our 'Contact Us' page. Please include your name, contact number, receipt number, and reason for return in your email. We may also request photos for verification if product return is due to a faulty item. We will then provide an address for you to ship the product to. Items will be inspected upon receipt, and either a refund processed, or items exchanged and sent to your address.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide us with your name and order number upon returning the item and the size you would like to exchange for as it'll make it quicker to process your exchange on our end.
We offer full refunds within 14 days of receiving your order on unworn, unused and unwashed items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received the items, they will be inspected, and you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved. If your refund has been approved, credit will be refunded onto your original method of payment.
Unless the product is deemed faulty, unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return shipping. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in a resaleable condition. We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible if your items are lost during the return shipping process.
